Philosophy

Our goal at Shine Collective is to find and hand-select quality, affordable luxuries and interesting key pieces for the modern wardrobe. It is our wish to bring the Shine boutique experience to the globe with a focus on personal service and attention. Shipping Guidelines and Rates

Shine Collective uses UPS exclusively for all domestic orders and USPS for international orders. For domestic orders UPS offers ground service, 2-day, 3-day and standard next day delivery.  For international orders USPS offers Priority Mail International delivering in 6-10 business days.

United States:

Local Customers

For Maryland residents we offer In-Store Pickup as an option. Select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and your items will be available immediately for pickup at the shop. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via USPS Global Express Mail ( or Priority Mail International 6-10 days) (3-5 business days). Shine Collective charges a flat rate of $35. This charge covers shipping and handling.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes for which you are responsible. Also, some items occasionally experience customs delays. We have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for additional information. Risk of loss for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you refuse an order or an order is returned to us you are responsible for the following charges; Duties, taxes and/or customs charges and the cost of returning the order. These amounts will be subtracted from your refund.

Shine Collective does not offer weekend delivery. Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (only 2 day or next day service).

Sorry, we are unable to ship to military APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.

Order Processing

Upon purchase you will receive an email from us confirming your order and tracking number. To track domestic orders, go to ups.com. To track international orders, go to usps.com

All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) before 1pm (EST) will begin processing that day and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification.

Orders placed after 1pm (EST) will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing over the weekend. However, the order will not be shipped out until the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Returns and Exchanges

Our standard follow-up phone call within 24 hours of delivery is our commitment to ensure your purchase is what you were expecting. If we are unable to reach you by phone we will send an email.

We will gladly except returns/exchanges on all accessories (except items that are final sale) that are in their original condition. We are unable to return jewelry purchases.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we ask that you get in touch with us immediately at returns@shinecollective.com and request an RA#. We ask that this be done within 7 days of delivery date. We require that all merchandise be returned within 14 days from the RA# issue date. RA requests or returned merchandise occurs beyond the 7 and 14 day timeframe, we cannot accept the return. Please note: items returned without an RA# will not be accepted and the item will be sent back at your expense.

How to Process a return or exchange

  1. Send an email to returns@shinecollective.com with a brief explanation of your return/exchange. For exchange, we will check if the merchandise is in stock. If not, you may choose to return the item.
  2. Once return/exchange is authorized by Shine Collective, you will receive an RA# via email.
  3. Ship package with merchandise securely sealed to the address below. Please write RA# on the OUTSIDE of package.

  4. All international returns must be delivered by a major carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) with tracking capabilities. International returns without a tracking number will not be accepted. Please email tracking numbers to returns@shinecollective.com and reference your RA#.
  5. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability. The new item will be shipped with the second shipping rate charged to the credit card that was used for your original purchase.
  6. Once the exchange process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your exchange and a tracking number.
  7. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund in sever business days, at which time you will be notified by email.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
